The California Department of Public Health is pleased to invite abstract submissions for the 4th Annual Western States Modeling Symposium, to be held virtually on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, from 10 a.m. Pacific Time.
The abstract submission deadline is Sunday, Sept. 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

Abstract submission via this Microsoft Form is preferred.
If you are unable to submit via the form, please email your abstract to modeling@cdph.ca.gov. Abstract submissions should at minimum include presentation title, a one-paragraph unstructured abstract (limited to 2,000 characters including spaces), contact information for the presenting author (name and email), as well as any scheduling conflicts we should know about.
