The WHO EMRO polio program is hiring a P4-level Epidemiologist based in Amman, Jordan. Of particular interest should be that in addition to conducting analysis on epidemiology, population immunity and transmission of poliovirus and supporting trainings, this role will serve as the focal point for the WHO regional office’s collaboration with the various external polio modeling groups. This is a great opportunity to make sure that polio modeling efforts are tailored to the country needs and that countries can understand what modeling and analysis support is available to them.
