MIDAS Latin America connects infectious disease modelers, researchers, and practitioners working in—or with a connection to—Latin America. The group brings together scientists to strengthen regional preparedness and response to infectious diseases through collaboration, shared resources, and research support.
We’re growing our community and want you to be part of it. MIDAS Latin America is looking for new members and collaborators—whether you currently live and work in the region, have worked there in the past, or are simply doing research focused on Latin America.
Webinars are back starting in August (register now). Our MIDAS Webinar Series – Latin America Edition returns with talks conducted in Spanish or Portuguese (with English subtitles). We’re also seeking speakers—if you’d like to present, reach out to us at questions@midasnetwork.us.
