The Rasgon Lab at Penn State University Park is seeking multiple Postdoctoral Scholars to work on exciting projects in arthropod molecular biology. Research areas include transgenic manipulation, gene transduction technologies, and arthropod symbiosis.
Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. in a relevant field and have experience in areas such as CRISPR/Cas9, cloning, bioinformatics, virology, or protein techniques. Mosquito experience is a plus. Responsibilities include experiment design, mentoring students, and contributing to publications and grant proposals.
