The NIAID Data Ecosystem Discovery Portal allows researchers to search across millions of metadata records from infectious and immune-mediated disease repositories. It indexes and harmonizes metadata from existing sources so users can find datasets, computational tools, and other resources through a single search interface.
The Portal now offers optional user accounts, allowing researchers to:
- Save searches for future use
- Bookmark datasets and other resources
- Easily return to relevant content
To create a free account, visit the Portal and click Log In in the top-right corner.
This capability is supported by NIAID, part of NIH, as part of its efforts to improve data discovery for infectious and immune-mediated disease research.
