I received a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Winnipeg, followed by an M.Sc in Physics from Bryn Mawr College and a Ph.D in Physics from Duke University. I started research in modeling of infectious diseases as a postdoc at Ryerson University and have continued this research as faculty at Texas Christian University.
