I am a PhD student from the Department of Biostatistics at Boston University. My research interests include statistical methods for infectious disease, graphical models, Bayesian statistics, statistical genetics and genomics. Currently, I am working on a method for estimating heterogenous instantaneous reproductive numbers incorporating human mobility data, aiming to contribute to the statistical toolkits for infectious disease studies.
